Dr. Twomley, known by his patients as “Dr. T”, grew up in Atlanta, where he received orthodontic treatment as a child.
From his own experience with both traditional braces and aligners, he achieved newfound confidence. This led him to a passion for creating healthy, beautiful smiles for his own patients today.
Dr. T spent his undergraduate career at Southern Adventist University before transferring to Louisiana State University, where he graduated from dental school and completed his orthodontic residency.
After graduating, Dr. T moved to Asheville, NC where he gained experience at a leading orthodontic practice and top-tier Invisalign provider.

Dr. T is a board-certified orthodontist, a designation held by only 30% of orthodontists.
Dr. T is involved in multiple dental and orthodontic organizations and is a strong believer in continuing education to stay up-to-date with the latest technology and techniques.
